Unlike other agents, Cathy talked less and listened more — a refreshing change that caught my attention. Cathy was accepting and non-judgmental as I waffled on what was most important. The house I ended up buying was well below what I’d expected to pay, and what I’d communicated to Cathy. Accordingly, that meant agent commission was also lower. Despite this, Cathy treated the transaction like it was a million dollar house. During the closing process, Cathy was proactive in communicating and sharp on the details.
